I approached the writing of this album with a rough formula to create a collection of singles, rather than 'album cuts'. The nine original tracks feature a variety of Blues styles, while retaining a singular sound. The three cover tunes fit right in . The tight rhythm section makes for a very live sound. The production is basic and honest. Nothing trendy here. I work hard on lyrics, so when you get down to that, you won't be dis-appointed. A great sounding CD from a great band.
